Zellpin is operated from India. By creating an account or using our website and app (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Use the Services for lawful business outreach only. Keep your login details safe. Don't abuse the platform, scrape data at scale, or try to break or copy our systems.
You are responsible for how you contact prospects and for following applicable laws (including data protection and telemarketing rules in India and elsewhere). Lead and AI-generated information may be wrong — verify before you rely on it.
Paid features are billed as shown at checkout or on our pricing page. Taxes (e.g. GST) may apply. Unless we say otherwise, fees are not refundable once charged.
We may update features, limits, or pricing. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for us or others. The Services are provided as-is; we don't guarantee specific sales or meeting outcomes.
We may change this page from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. A more detailed policy may replace this one later.
